Hi, I’m Trevor and I am the Owner of Golden Hour Properties. I have spent my entire life on the West Coast and have been in the real estate business for the last 10 years, transitioning from an early career in finance. Several people in my family are in real estate and my interest piqued in 2011 when I bought my first rental property. Since then, I’ve done everything from full-scale remodels (I’m a licensed contractor) to creative financing solutions, which is what I focus on now. I was a mathematics and economics major in college and have a passion for helping others, and I soon found my calling by building custom financing solutions for both buyers and sellers of real estate. Just like that, Golden Hour Properties was born. Golden Hour Properties has helped people from Washington to California get into the home of their dreams.
